JUDGEMENT

(1.) Sri. B. Pradeep was directed to take notice for Respondent No. 3 -Insurance Company and he appeared on behalf of it. Therefore, he is granted two weeks time to file vakalath.

(2.) This appeal is by the claimant seeking enhancement of compensation awarded by the Tribunal.

(3.) Heard, the appeal is admitted and with the consent of learned counsel appearing for parties, it is taken -up for final disposal.
