(1.) AGGRIEVED by the Judgment and Decree passed by the Fast Track Court by allowing the appeal by setting aside the Judgment and Decree passed by the Trial Court and in decreeing the suit of the plaintiff, the second respondent before the Fast Track Court has filed this appeal.
