(1.) THE petitioners have approached this Court seeking quashing of the proceedings in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 455/2014 pending on the file of the JMFC, Yadgiri.

(2.) I have heard the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the respondent. I have carefully perused the materials on record.
