JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a claimant's appeal against the impugned judgment and award dated 22.09.2011 passed in MVC No. 2814/2010 by the MACT, Bangalore, seeking enhancement of compensation.

(2.) Even though the matter has come up for admission, with the consent of learned counsel appearing for both the sides, it is taken up for final disposal.

(3.) For the sake of convenience the parties are referred to as per their ranking before the Tribunal.
