(1.) These appeals are arising out of judgment and award dtd. 30/6/2023, by which the claim petition came to be partly allowed.

(2.) While MFA.No.5802/2023 is filed by the respondent challenging his liability to pay the compensation, MFA.No.217/2024 is filed by the petitioners seeking enhancement of the compensation.

(3.) For the sake of convenience, parties are referred to by their ranks before the Tribunal.
