(1.) We have heard the learned counsel appearing on either sides.

(2.) We have also perused the common judgments in Writ Petition No.10050/2021 and connected matters.

(3.) In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the issue raised before this Court in the said common judgment as well as in this writ petition are identical, We had requested the learned Government Advocate to get instructions in the matter.
