JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accused nos.1 to 5 in Crime No.275/2024 registered by Mandya Rural Police Station, Mandya District, for the offences punishable under Ss. 329(4), 115(2), 351(2), 351(3), 118(1), 76, 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, are before this Court under Sec. 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarika Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

(2.) Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

FIR in Crime No.275/2024 was registered by Mandya Rural Police Station, Mandya District, against the petitioners herein on the basis of the first information dtd. 7/7/2024 received from Ashwini W/o Santhosha. Apprehending arrest in the said case, petitioners who are arrayed as accused nos.1 to 5 in the FIR had filed Crl. Misc. No.487/2024 before the jurisdictional Sessions Court, which was rejected on 12/8/2024. Therefore, they are before this Court.
