DHANUSH K. P. Vs. STATE OF KARNATAKA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accused in Crime No.172/2024 registered by Kengeri Traffic Police Station, Bengaluru City, for the offences punishable under Ss. 281, 125(a), 105 of BNS, 2023 and Sec. 185 of the Indian Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, is before this Court under Sec. 483 of BNSS, 2023, seeking regular bail.

(2.) Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

(3.) FIR in Crime No.172/2024 was registered by Kengeri Traffic Police Station, Bengaluru City, against the petitioner herein for the aforesaid offences on the basis of the first information dtd. 2/11/2024 received from Puneet S/o Krishnaiah. Petitioner herein was arrested in the said case on 2/11/2024 and was subsequently remanded to judicial custody. Bail application filed by the petitioner before the jurisdictional Sessions Court in Crl. Misc. No.10125/2024 was rejected on 20/11/2024. Therefore, he is before this Court.
