JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners - legal representatives of one late DR. H. Satishchandra are knocking at the doors of this Court in the subject petition calling in question an endorsement of the respondent - bank, which directs probation of a Will of late Dr. H. Satishchandra to release the amount lying in the PPF account in favour of the petitioners.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel Sri.L.M.Chidanandayya, appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel Smt.Sadhana S. Desai, appearing for the respondents.
