JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is knocking at the doors of this Court in the subject petition calling in question certain orders passed by the Karnataka Medical Council ('the Council' for short) rejecting the applications filed by the petitioner.

(2.) Heard Sri Gopi Karunakaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Smt. Ratna N. Shivayogimath, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 and Sri Ajay Kadkol, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2.
