JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accused in Crime No.92/2024 registered by Basaveshwara Nagar Police Station, Bengaluru City, for the offences punishable under Ss. 302, 201 IPC, is before this Court under Sec. 439 Cr.PC.

(2.) Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

(3.) FIR in Crime No.92/2024 was registered by Basaveshwara Nagar Police Station, Bengaluru City, against the petitioner herein for the aforesaid offences on the basis of the first information dtd. 8/3/2024 received from Kumari Yoshodha, Police Officer attached to Basaveshwara Nagar Police Station. Petitioner was arrested during the course of investigation and was produced before the jurisdictional Court and remanded to judicial custody on 8/3/2024. Investigation in the case is completed and charge sheet has been filed. Bail application filed before the jurisdictional Sessions Court in Crl. Misc. No.5828/2024 was dismissed on 23/7/2024. Therefore, he is before this Court.
