(1.) The petitioner is before this Court calling in question registration of crime in Crime No.110 of 2024 registered for offences punishable under Sec. 354A of the IPC.

(2.) Heard Sri Afroz Pasha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri Harish Ganapathi, learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.1.
