JUDGEMENT

(1.) The RFA No.598/2022 is filed by the plaintiff and RFA No.1332/2023 is filed by defendant No.8 challenging the judgment and decree dtd. 22/9/2021 passed in O.S.No.895/2005 by the Principal Small Causes and Senior Civil Judge, Mysuru.

(2.) For the sake of convenience and easy reference, rank of the parties is referred to as per their rankings before the Trial Court.

(3.) Initially, Smt. Basamma has filed suit in O.S.No.895/1996 and it was subsequently renumbered as O.S.No.895/2005.
