JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accused No.1 in Crime No.233/2023 registered by Pandavapura Police Station, Mandya for the offences punishable under Ss. 406, 408, 420 R/w 34 of IPC is before this Court under Sec. 438 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

(3.) FIR in Crime No.233/2023 was registered by Pandavapura Police Station against petitioner and 6 others on the complaint of Sri Nagegowda M B S/o late Boregowda, the President of Ragimuddanahalli Milk Producers Co-operative Society. Apprehending arrest in the said case, the petitioner had filed Crl.Misc.No.5379/2023 before the jurisdictional Court of Sessions Judge, which was dismissed on 17/11/2023. Therefore, he is before this Court.
