JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard both side.

(2.) The petitioner is seeking bail in S.C.No.22/2021 pending on the file of VIII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bangalore Rural District, Bangalore.

(3.) The petitioner was accused No.1 in S.C.No.163/2018. He was being tried with accused No.2 whose name was also Krishna Murthy, for the charges for the offences punishable under Ss. 302 and 201 of IPC on the allegation that on 21/4/2017 between 9.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. they murdered one Syed Khaleel near Mallarabanawadi cross and robbed him of Rs.5,570.00 and his mobile phone.
