JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition is filed seeking for the following reliefs:

The declaration that the fourth respondent was elected from the Kalaburagi North Constituency i.e., Constituency No.45 to the Legislative Assembly of Karnataka was issued vide notification by the Election Commission of India which was published in the gazette on 14/5/2023. The present petition is filed on 30/6/2023 i.e., after a lapse of 47 days from the declaration of result.

(3.) The registry is raised an objection that there is a delay in filing the present petition.
