JUDGEMENT

(1.) Conglomeration of these cases is against a solitary petitioner, a proprietor of M/s Karnataka Traders and a solitary complainant who is Insecticide Inspector of Assistant Agricultural Director. The issue projected is also common. Therefore, these petitions are taken up together and considered by this common order.

(2.) Heard Sri H.N. Vasudevan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri B.N. Jagadeesha, learned Additional State Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

(3.) For the sake of convenience, the facts obtaining in Writ Petition No.17894 of 2024 which are common in the other writ petitions also are considered.
