JUDGEMENT

The captioned petition is filed assailing the impugned endorsement dtd. 16/5/2022, vide Annexure-L, issued by respondent No.2 wherein respondent No.2 has declined to grant UGC pay scale to the petitioner from the date she was granted the degree of Masters of Philosophy (for short, 'M.Phil') in Kannada.
