Petitioner a married woman hailing from a family of undeniable political background, has moved this petition u/s.438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking an order for advance bail in relation to Crime No.149/2024 registered on 2/5/2024 by the K.R.Nagara Police Station, Mysore District for offences punishable u/s.364A & 365 r/w Sec.34 of IPC, 1860. Persons named as accused in the FIR are not before this court. Presently the case is pending before the learned XLII Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru.
