JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Sec. 407 of Cr.P.C. seeking transfer of Crl.Misc.No.64/2022 pending on the file of Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Tiptur to Metropolitan Magistrate Traffic Court- II, Bangalore.

(2.) Heard the argument of learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the respondent.

(3.) The respondent who is the wife of the petitioner has filed Crl.Misc.No.64/2022 before the Court of Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Tiptur, under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, seeking several reliefs including the maintenance.
