(1.) This appeal is filed by the appellant-claimant challenging the judgment and award dtd. 24/9/2020 passed in M.V.C.No.164/2016 by the Additional Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal and III Additional District and Sessions Jude, Ramanagara (for short, 'the tribunal').
