JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is before this Court calling in question an endorsement dtd. 23/9/2023 issued by the 3rd respondent/ Chief Superintendent of Central Prison declining to accede to the request of the petitioner for releasing him on parole.

(2.) Heard Sri Hashmath Pasha, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri.C.S.Pradeep, learned Additional Advocate General representing the respondents/State.
