JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 3 are before this Court calling in question registration of a crime in Crime No.21/2022, pending before the I Additional Civil Judge (Jr. Dn.) and JMFC Court at Kolar, for the offences punishable under Ss. 465, 420 and 468 r/w. 120B of the IPC.
