JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS Regular First Appeal is directed against the judgment and decree dated 18.10.2005 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Dn.), Tarikere, thereby decreeing the suit O.S.No.83/1996 filed by deceased - respondent herein seeking specific performance of the agreement for sale dated 03.10.1994.

(2.) THERE is delay of 1118 days in filing this appeal. Appellant defendant has filed his affidavit in support of the prayer for condonation of delay. Plaintiff -respondent has filed objections.

(3.) HEARD the learned counsel for both parties on the application filed seeking condonation of delay.
