(1.) The petition is filed with several documents annexed to it, which are in the form of unreadable photocopies with alterations by hand and they are in such shape and filed in such manner that they cannot be conveniently read. No office objection is raised by the office in respect of such defects, while such documents ought not to have been accepted in the first place by the Registry. These lapses apparently cause inconvenience and waste of time in the Court. Prima facie, there appears to be some dereliction of duty on the part of the officers-in-charge of scrutiny of the documents and pleadings filed in the Registry of the High Court. When the defects and deficiencies were pointed out to learned Counsel for the petitioner, he sought permission to make necessary amendment and furnish freshly typed copies, which is not the proper procedure, and the other issues of comparing the copies with the original would arise.
(2.) Under the circumstances, the petition is dismissed only on the ground of improper filing of the papers with liberty to file fresh petition with all the annexures to be neatly typed or printed with signature of learned Advocate, certifying the copies to be true copies and translation to be correct translation of the originals.
