(1.) MR . M. Sudhakar Pai is directed to take notice for Lokayukta in W.P. No.14912/13. Mr. V.Vishwanath is directed to take notice for Respondent -5 in W.P.No.43705 - 706/12.

(2.) BY consent these petitions are heard.

(3.) IN all these petitions what is questioned by the petitioners is the order of the Lokayukta dt. 23.6.2011 on a complaint lodged by one M.Ganesh in No.COMPT/LOK/MYS/83/2007.
