(1.) THE petitions coming on for admission, are heard together and are disposed of by this common order.
(2.) HEARD the learned counsel for the petitioner.
(3.) THE learned counsel for the petitioner would point out that the very relationship being in serious dispute, it was necessary for the respondent to have established that they had at least lived together as husband and wife. In the face of nebulous evidence as regards the status of marriage, it was impermissible for the courts below to have arrived at a finding that there was a valid marriage between the petitioner and the respondent and that he was obliged to provide maintenance, apart from paying additional amounts as directed.
