JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the learned State Public Prosecutor.

(2.) THE State is in appeal questioning the acquittal of the respondent. The facts are as follows:

(3.) ACCORDINGLY , the appeal is allowed in part. The respondent shall pay a fine of Rs. 500/ - within a period of two weeks, in default, he shall suffer simple imprisonment for a period of two weeks.
