JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER No.1 is an Association registered under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act. The petitioners 2 to 61, residents of Masti Village, Malur Taluk, Kolar District carrying on business in the bunk shops of Masti Malur Road and Hasandahalli Road, are the members of the petitioner No.1. These writ petitions were filed to quash the notices dated 10.08.2012 vide Annexures -F, F.1 to F.59, issued to the petitioners 2 to 61 by the Panchayat Development Officer (for short 'the PDO'), Masti Grama Panchayat (for short 'the Panchayat').

(2.) HEARD learned advocates appearing for the parties and perused the writ record.

(3.) IT is unnecessary to notice the rival contentions and record the findings thereon.
