(1.) THESE Regular Second Appeals are directed against concurrent findings recorded by the Civil Judge (Sr. Dn.), KGF, on his file in R.A. Nos. 23 and 24 of 2001 (Common Judgment) and in O.S. Nos. 387 and 446 of 1988 (Common Judgment) on the file of the II Additional Civil Judge (Jr.Dn.), K.G.F.
