JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS petition is filed by the petitioners - accused Nos. 6, 7 and 8 under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in respect of Cr. No. 7/14 registered by Mysore Lokayuktha Police, Mysore under Sections 13(1)(c)(d)(ii) & (iii) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, r/w. Section 420 of IPC.
