JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONERS in these petitions have sought for a mandamus, directing the respondent No. 2 to approve the admissions of the petitioners 2 -28 for the academic year 2013 -2014 for B -Pharma Course and direct the second respondent to permit the petitioners 2 -28 to appear for the forthcoming examination of B.Pharma.

(2.) I have heard Shri Shivarudra, learned counsel appearing for petitioners, Shri R. Omkumar, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for State of Karnataka and Shri Ashok N. Nayak, learned counsel appearing for Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.

(3.) THE said submission of the learned counsel appearing for petitioners is not disputed by the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for State of Karnataka and learned counsel appearing for Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.
