JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is filed by the appellant questioning the validity and correctness of the order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 15.12.2010 in Writ Petition No.15821/2004 (S-PR0), whereby the learned Single Judge declined to set aside the order of grant of promotion of respondent No.5 for the post of Head Master of Sri Siddeshwara High School, Mysore.
