JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS revision petition under Section 115 of Code of Civil Procedure is directed against the order dated 13.02.2014 in O.S. No. 31/2012 on the file of the III Addl. Senior Civil Judge, Hubli whereby the application filed by the petitioners/defendants under Order VII Rule 11(a) of the Code of Civil Procedure for rejection of the plaint has been dismissed.
