JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Sec. 438 of Cr.P.C. by accused No.6 seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.110/2022, registered at Old Hubblli Police Station for offences punishable under Ss. 143 , 147 , 148 , 149 and 302 of IPC.

(2.) Charge sheet is filed against accused Nos.1 to 11 for offences punishable under Ss. 109 , 114 , 120B , 143 , 147 , 148 , 302 and 341 r/w Sec. 149 of IPC.

(3.) Heard Sri.Ravi B. Naik, Senior counsel appearing for petitioner and the learned HCGP for respondent/State and perused the material on record.
