JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard both the sides and perused the material on record.

(2.) Petitioner is arraigned as accused No.3 in Crime No.159/2023 of Yelahanka Police Station registered for the offence punishable under Sec. 306 r/w 34 of IPC .

(3.) It is alleged in the complaint lodged by one Nagaraja A.V on 21/4/2023 at about 3.30 p.m., that accused persons have picked up quarrel with the wife of the complainant in connection with collection of water and assaulted her with hands on account of which she committed suicide at about 7.30 p.m. by hanging herself.
