The brief facts of the case are as under: Shyamir Khan lodged a complaint with Bharathi Nagar Police on 5/12/2022 against the petitioner, which was registered in Crime No.136/2012 for the offence punishable under Sec. 498A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as 'IPC' for short) and under Ss. 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 (hereinafter referred to as 'DP Act' for short).
