JUDGEMENT

(1.) Since both the cases arising out of same Sessions Case, it is clubbed together for passing common order.

(2.) Crl.P.No.1989/2023 is filed on behalf of petitioners who are accused Nos.1 to 4 in S.C.No.249/2022 and Crl.P.No.2018/2023 is filed on behalf of petitioner who is accused No.8 in the said Sessions Case.

(3.) The Police Inspector, Homicide and Burglary Division, CID, Carlton House, Palace Road, Bengaluru has submitted a charge sheet against accused Nos.1 to 12 for the commission of offence punishable under Sec. 302 read with 34 of IPC .
