JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the appellant and respondent filed compromise petition under Order 23 Rule 3 r/w Sec. 151 CPC. They submit that the dispute between the parties is amicably settled. Appellants No.1(a-d), respondents No.2 to 7 are present. They are identified by their respective counsel. Appellants no. 2, 3 and respondent no.7 being the sisters were paid Rs.50,000.00 in cash by the brothers, i.e., appellant no.1, respondents No. 2, 3, 4 and 5. They admit receipt of the amount in full and final settlement of their claim.

(2.) Appellants No.1(a-d), respondents No. 2, 3, 4 and 5 admit that they have compromised the matter in terms of the compromise petition and they are in possession of their respective shares. The parties have no objection to draw final decree in terms of the compromise petition. (3.) Terms of the compromise is legal and the same is acceptable. The suit of the plaintiff is decreed in terms of compromise petition. Office is directed to draw final decree in terms of the compromise petition.
