JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accused in Spl. Case (POCSO) No.26/2022 pending before the Prl. District & Sessions Judge, Madikeri, Kodagu District, arising out of Crime No.16/2022 of Kodagu Women Police Station, Kodagu, for the offences punishable under Sec. 376(2)(n) IPC and Sec. 6 of the POCSO Act, is before this Court seeking regular bail.

(3.) On the basis of the complaint lodged by Smt. Latha.K.C., on 13/3/2022, FIR in Crime No.16/2022 was registered by Kodagu Women police against the petitioner for the aforesaid offences.
