This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C., for granting regular bail in Crime No.77/2020 registered by Dobbespet Police Station, Bengaluru, pending on the file of IX Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru Rural, Bengaluru in S.C.No.175/2021, for the offences punishable under Ss. 302, 201 of IPC.
