JUDGEMENT

(1.) It is submitted that in W.P.Nos. 47176-47189/2014 this Court at Paragraph Nos. 7 and 8 has observed as follows:

(2.) Sri. M. R. Rajagopal, learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that the said representation at Annexure-E along with documents enclosed has not been considered till date.

(3.) Sri. K. Krishna, learned counsel appearing for the respondent - BDA submits that the representation will have to be placed before the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Keshavanarayana Committee in light of the order of the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No. 51929/2014.
