JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accused Nos. 1 and 2 have filed this petition seeking transfer of C.C.No.347/2021 pending on the file of Addl. Civil Judge and Addl. JMFC, Tarikere to the Civil Judge and JMFC, Davangere.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and learned HCGP for respondent No.1-State.

(3.) Respondent No.2 is the husband of petitioner No.1, petitioner No.2 is the mother of petitioner No.1 and mother-in-law of respondent No.2.
