JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition is filed by defendant Nos.2 and 3 in O.S.No.35/2019, who are the plaintiffs in O.S.No.7826/2019, both pending on the file of the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Tiptur, Tumakauru District and XXVII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge at Bengaluru (CCH-9) respectively.

(2.) The petitioners have filed this petition seeking transfer of original suit in O.S.No.35/2019 to XXVII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge at Bengaluru (CCH-9) to be tried along with O.S.No.7826/2019. The respondents, who are the plaintiff and defendants in respective cases stated above are represented through their respective counsel.

Sri P.R.Narendra, learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 to 9, 12 and 14 to 22 is present before the Court, who does not have any objection in the matter being transferred from the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Tiptur, Tumakuru District to XXVII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge at Bengaluru (CCH-9) to be tried along with O.S.No.7826/2019.
