JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C., to enlarge the petitioner/accused No.3 on bail in Crime No.119/2023 of Kumaraswamy Layout Police Station, Bengaluru.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned High Court Government Pleader for respondent- State and perused the material on record.

(3.) Complaint is lodged on 26/4/2023 by one Anil Shetty s/o Bhujanga Shetty and on that basis case was registered against three unknown persons for offence punishable under Ss. 384, 380, 342 r/w 34 of IPC .
