JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Additional Government Advocate places on record proceedings of the Government dtd. 9/6/2023 whereby, the second respondent in W.P. No.1263/2023 is given a posting, in view of the fact that he is set to superannuate on 30/6/2023.

(2.) In that view of the matter, the learned Senior Counsel Sri D.R. Ravishankar submits that nothing survives in the writ petition and accordingly, prays that petitions be dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.

(3.) Government proceedings dtd. 9/6/2023 is placed on record and placing the submission of the learned Senior Counsel, petitions are disposed off, as having been rendered infructuous.
