(1.) Learned AGA is directed to take notice for respondent Nos.1 & 3 to 6.

(2.) The petitioner is before this Court with the prayer to quash the order at Annexure-J, dtd. 20/5/2023, passed by respondent No.6 in the case bearing No.RP.64/2022.

(3.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned AGA appearing for respondent Nos.1 & 3 to 6.
