JUDGEMENT

(1.) This successive bail petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. for granting regular bail in Spl.Case.No.674/2022 arising out of Crime No.283/2022 registered by Madanayakanahally Police Station, Bangalore, pending on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTSC-II), Bangalore Rural District, Bangalore for the offences punishable under Ss. 341, 376(3) of IPC read with Ss. 4(2) and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
