JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Krupasagar Patil, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri K.M.Ghate, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner in this case is questioning Annexure- F the endorsement dtd. 24/1/2023 wherein the application of the petitioner for the post of Assistant Professor is rejected on the ground that the petitioner has not completed his post graduation on or before 19/9/2021. The petitioner submits that under the applicable rules and guidelines the Post Graduation Degree has to be completed within four years from the date of admission. The petitioner claims that he was admitted in the year 2019. Under the circumstances, there was no compulsion for him to complete the Master's Degree on or before 19/9/2021.

(3.) Learned counsel Sri K.M.Ghate, appearing for the respondents does not dispute this particular fact. Accordingly, the endorsement at Annexure-F has to be quashed.
