JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri. Hanumantharaya C.H., learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri. R. D. Renukaradhya, learned High Court Government Pleader for the respondent-State. Perused the records.

(2.) The present petition is filed under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C.

(3.) On the basis of complaint filed by Sri. Basavaraju H.V., the Tiptur Rural Police have registered a case in Cr.No.73/2022 against 7-8 unknown persons and accused No.1-Mohan Kumar for the commission of offences punishable under Ss. 302, 307, 324, 447, 448, 143, 147, 148 R/w Sec. 149 of IPC.
